Chris Krankemann

W. Christian Krankemann is the managing share holder of Krankemann Law Offices P.C., a boutique law firm with offices in the heart of Sonoma County and Mendocino County. While the firm is based in these areas, Mr. Krankemann and the firm represent clients in all aspects of litigation and trial throughout California in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, workers compensation, medical malpractice, employment law, breach of contract, and construction law.

In addition to managing the firm, Mr. Krankemann practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, employment law, insurance law and asset protection. Over the past 19 years, Mr. Krankemann has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.  Mr. Krankemann also serves as general counsel for several local businesses in the construction, restaurant and technology industries.

Prior to Krankemann Law Offices P.C., Mr. Krankemann was the managing partner of Krankemann Petersen LLP, also a boutique law firm based in the heart of Sonoma County, California but representing clients’ interests throughout California.  Before that, Mr. Krankemann was with the law firm of Lanahan & Reilley LLP, a once 70-attorney firm that was the largest between San Francisco and Portland, Oregon.  After three and a half years with Lanahan & Reilley, Mr. Krankemann became the youngest and fastest tenured attorney to become partner.  As a partner, Mr. Krankemann co-chaired the firm’s litigation department along with founding partner, Martin Reilley.

In 2007, Mr. Krankemann was honored to be named by the North Bay Business Journal as one of northern California’s top professionals under the age of 40.  That same year, Mr. Krankemann founded the Santa Rosa Young Professionals Network, an almost 400 member organization dedicated to the development of young business professionals throughout the wine country.  The Santa Rosa Young Professional’s Network is a division of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Krankemann has also been an active member of the Sonoma County community.  He has served as a board member for the Sonoma County YMCA and as a board member for the American Heart Association.  Mr. Krankemann has also served as an executive committee member for the United Way and is a former board member for the Santa Rosa Young Professional’s Network.  Mr. Krankemann was also a member of the prestigious Leadership Santa Rosa program in 2013.
